About this event
An all-level Yoga class where you will synchronize breath with movement. You will awaken your strength, energy and flexibility while linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. Yoga will train your body on how each joint moves so that you can move better in other classes and in whatever you do! Gain balance, range of motion and strength as you bring awareness to one movement at a time. Your body will thank you for this one!
