HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ On Wednesday, U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Rollins and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced new dietary guidelines that urge whole foods, fruits, vegetables, eggs (avoiding ultra-processed foods and alcohol) to help reduce obesity.
