- ➤ Community members gathered at the Cramton Bowl Multiplex in downtown Montgomery earlier today for MLK Fun Unity Day to honor Dr. King's legacy and promote unity in celebration of the holiday. WSFA 12
- ➤ The Montgomery Humane Society features Pets of the Week with Naiami, a 1.5-year-old domestic shorthair, and Nomad, a 3-month-old Great Pyrenees mix puppy. Interested families can visit the shelter or check the website to learn how they can adopt or foster these loving animals. WAKA 8
- ➤ A Human Trafficking Community Forum will be held at G.W. Carver High School on Saturday, Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. Delta Sigma Theta representatives Robette King and Teumbay Barnes — community voices — will discuss the issue during National Human Trafficking Awareness Month. WAKA 8
