EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Rep Terri Collins proposed House Bill 396 to change school report cards by weighing academic growth (especially for low performers) and college readiness while lowering graduation rates and dropping chronic absenteeism. The system will raise the grading scale automatically if 60% of schools earn A’s or B’s. Alabama Daily News
GOVERNMENT NEWS
