- ➤ Montgomery’s 21st Annual Jewish Food Festival and Art Fair will be held Sunday, Feb. 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Temple Beth Or (2246 Narrow Lane Road). It will offer brisket, kugel, desserts and a juried art fair update at the Treasure Market, with shuttle from Huntingdon College. WAKA 8

- ➤ Lawmakers advanced a bill that would shift oversight of behavior analysts from a dedicated board (facing administrative review) to the Department of Mental Health, with the proposal set for the House floor on Thursday while parents and professionals express concern over possible impacts on service availability.
