- ➤ Today, Montgomery honored linemen in a city event that recognized the essential work of those who keep the lights on across the state—an occasion that showed local appreciation. WSFA 12
- ➤ Main Street Montgomery named Ashley Jernigan as its first-ever executive director on Apr. 15; she will lead downtown revitalization by uniting business, residents and property owners, drawing on 15 years of expertise (from JDB Hospitality) in boosting economic growth. WAKA 8
- ➤ An annual whiskey tasting fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, April 18 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at The Waters on Marler Road to benefit Pike Road Schools, with five tastings included in the $50 admission. WAKA 8
