- ➤ Montgomery opens the Mothers of Gynecology Museum at 17 Mildred Street to honor more than 20 enslaved women whose lives shaped modern gynecology. - ➤ Arc Montgomery—a local nonprofit serving residents with disabilities—was dissolved yesterday after a state investigation found it failed to meet ADMH service contract requirements; clients will now be redirected to other Arc chapters and local providers. AL.com
