ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A woman died in a single-vehicle collision Saturday at 2:37 a.m. near Northern Boulevard — 6th Street, where police and fire medics responded and are still investigating the crash.  WSFA 12

CRIME NEWS

  • On June 19th, Millbrook Police arrested 39-year-old Montgomery resident Terrence Lamons at Walmart on Kelley Blvd for multiple theft incidents—he was charged with two counts of Organized Retail Theft and held on a $60,000 bond.  Elmore Autauga News

CULTURE NEWS

  • Main Street Montgomery’s Promotion Committee launched a monthly event called 'Art, Eats, & Beats' that began on June 20 and features art exhibits, live music, and special restaurant deals from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.—transforming the area from the Riverfront to Dexter and South Court Street into a walkable, family-friendly district—and will continue every third Friday.  WSFA 12
