ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported that over the 4th of July weekend troopers handled 314 traffic crashes with 12 deaths and 155 injuries and the Marine Patrol investigated seven boating accidents on multiple lakes with no boating deaths but one non-boating drowning in Mobile County — officials urged travelers to stay vigilant as the summer travel season continues. - ➤ Kelvin Rodas, a 33-year-old Tallassee resident, is charged with attempted murder after he used his current girlfriend to lure a victim to her home and attacked him with a wooden log on July 5th, leaving the man critically injured and in need of emergency treatment while Rodas remains in custody on a $60,000 bond. - ➤ Prattville Police are seeking help after a robbery at the Texaco station on July 7 at 203 Interstate Commercial Park Loop—officers reported a large male suspect fled on foot heading southbound on I-65 and are offering a cash reward for information. Elmore Autauga News
