37-year-old Roderious Dortch was arrested for capital murder after he fired his .223 rifle from his Dodge Charger outside Suburban Studios on the 5000 block of Carmichael Road on Saturday—28-year-old Damorrea Dill-Driver was struck and pronounced dead on scene.

Montgomery County District Attorney Azzie Oliver said that Cheslea Jackson from Prattville was charged with first-degree assault and firing a gun into an occupied vehicle in connection with the April 12th shooting along Atlanta Highway near Eastdale Mall that left Amy Dicks paralyzed—investigators expect more arrests as the investigation continues.
