  • Montgomery police are searching for 39 year old Kenyada Lavar Johnson—wanted for first degree robbery and described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and 195 lbs with brown eyes and black hair—after learning he likely remains in the area among family and friends.  WAKA 8

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Montgomery Public Schools partnered with State Farm to host the Run With the Senses fundraiser race — a race that will provide sensory items for students. The event will help improve access to essential supports for the school community.  WSFA 12

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • City of Montgomery announced the new SEED Academy—an initiative designed to train emerging real estate developers through a week-long, hands-on program set to launch this fall. Applications opened on September 2 and will close on September 19.  Montgomery Chamber
