Maegan Thompson of The Bad Batch bakery transformed part of her business into an in-home food pantry to help families in the River Region affected by SNAP cuts from the federal shutdown.

She is accepting donations of food, canned goods, and toiletries *using repurposed lockers and coolers* to support those in need.
