- ➤ WSFA's 12's Day of Giving is set to run today at Renfroe's Market (Eastchase Parkway) from 5 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and will provide free gifts for children in need. WSFA 12
- ➤ Action 8's Magical Christmas Toy Drive ended a successful year as the Shoppes at EastChase vault was emptied today, and donated toys were loaded onto a truck for the Salvation Army to distribute to over 1,200 families for Christmas (with support from local partners). WAKA 8

- ➤ On Thursday, the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission approved licenses for three dispensaries (a key step for the program) with medical marijuana set to be available in spring.
